Your key responsibilities will include:
- Technical Sales: Promote our portfolio of air plasma cutting systems, submerged arc welding technology and welding electrodes
- Dealership Network Development & Sustainment: Identify and acquire new distribution partners across Europe while strengthening relationships with existing ones
- Training and Support: Serve as the go-to contact for technical inquiries and the training of our sales partners, assess training needs and develop training materials and programs
- Market Insights: Monitor the market, identify new business opportunities and trends and apply this knowledge to the launch of new products
- Joint Activities: Organize joint initiatives with sales partners, such as exhibitions, open house events or customer visits
- Strategic Thinking: Develop sales strategies to increase sales volume and market share, create an annual business and territory sales plan and define revenue plans
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on successes and challenges
